Digital sovereignty and operational resilience for businesses with up to 50 employees

With 15 years of international experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, management and design, Mike helps businesses introduce complex digital infrastructures. His focus is on combining new technology with operational stability, systemic security and ethical responsibility.

Expertise in AI governance, security practices for using local agentic AI systems, and business model innovation through generative AI.

02Strategic Leadership & Change ManagementMany years of experience leading international teams and guiding complex transformation processes (“Management of Uncertainty”); in doing so, he combines technical and structural adjustments with the needs of teams and their individual members.
