Start-ups

You’re planning to start a company or have just started one. Your time belongs to customers, product and finances, not to the question of how to set up a domain. We set up your digital foundation. You take care of your business idea, we take care of the rest.

Concentrate on what matters when starting your business. We help you take off with the right technology.

Starting point

Your situation

You’re starting up or have just started. Your head is full of customers, product and finances. The digital structure comes about on the side, between registration, first orders and everything else that needs doing at the same time: contracts via your private email address, passwords partly in the browser, partly on a note, files wherever you last needed them. That works for a while.

“We’ve just started our company and need IT structures.”

But it can’t grow with you: every month adds another storage place, every new tool another login. What you set up in your business’s name now will last. Mailbox, filing system and accounts won’t have to move later and will still explain themselves when your first colleague joins.

What we do

We configure your accounts and set up your filing system and invoicing, so that your time belongs to your customers: company accounts with two-factor authentication, email on your own domain, a filing system with naming conventions and invoicing software that issues e-invoices. Everything is in your company’s name and recorded in your operations manual: every account, every contract, every setting, what the licences cost.

The Start-up Package is open to companies up to twelve months after founding. If you’re still working on your business plan, you get a quote from us that you can include as an item and submit.

At the end, we go through the finished structure with you in two sessions and show you how to add existing data yourself and keep things in order. After that, we stay at your side for six months: three remote follow-up sessions after the first month, the first quarter and the first six months, at no extra charge. We check with you whether everything holds up day to day and make adjustments where things run differently for you than expected. In the end, you run the structure yourself; that’s what it’s built for.

Approach

Four stations, one goal.

01Introductory call15 to 30 minutes. You tell us what you’re planning and what you want to come out of it. We tell you which packages fit your goals.
02Fixed-price packagesAfter a first review, you receive a quote with the scope, a fixed price and a completion date. We stick to it. Your business carries on as normal in the meantime.
03HandoverAccess, operations manual and emergency sheet belong to your company. We walk one person on your team through every step.
04Your own courseOnce everything is part of the daily routine, you can switch to one session per quarter. How long we support you is up to you.
Your benefits

Tested, documented and in your hands.

Document 01Access owned by the companyYour domain, your licences, your accounts: everything is in your company’s name, so that you keep full control from the start. For most day-to-day tasks, you don’t need another company – not even us.
Document 02The structure in the operations manualEvery account, every contract, every setting, what the licences cost, who has access to what. Your structure is on paper from the start, and your team can add to it.
Document 03Rules for everything still to comeWhen someone new joins your team or a tool is added, the rules for it are already there: naming, access, starters and leavers. You apply them instead of reinventing them every time.

Common questions

Yes. If you’re still working on your business plan, you get a quote from us with the scope, price and completion date that you can include as an item and submit with it. The set-up starts as soon as your company exists and the domain can be registered in its name. The Start-up Package is open to companies up to twelve months after founding, so you lose nothing if your start date moves.

For new businesses in Germany, the Start-up Package starts at €3,450 net for management with one device. Additional people cost €345 per person, additional devices €150, team training €290; an example with two employees and team training comes to €4,430 net. In Luxembourg, you get it as an individual quote, excluding the invoicing services. Based on your request, we first review what is already running in your business and what the project needs. You then receive a written quote with the scope, a fixed price and a completion date; there are no additional charges later. Payment is made in instalments, each after you have signed off a phase. Software licences run directly with the vendor in your company’s name and are not included in the price; we calculate what they cost per month before you decide.

Four sessions and one decision. Down to you are the introductory call, the choice of tools, which we present to you with costs and consequences, and two on-site training sessions in which we go through the finished structure with you. We take care of the set-up while you look after customers, product and finances. You then add your existing data yourself; we show you how in the training.

We choose the right solutions for cloud storage, filing, password management, invoicing and collaboration together with you. Invoicing is only included for new businesses in Germany. The licences and contracts then run directly through your company. If you have special requirements, let us know; we’re happy to prepare an individual quote for you.

They come along. Whatever already exists, we migrate to the new structure on request, as an add-on: mailboxes, files and access that may so far run via a private address. If you’d rather do it yourself, we show you in the training how to add your data to the new filing system and keep things in order. The package is open up to twelve months after founding, even if some things have already grown.

In Germany, yes, from the very first invoice. The invoicing software issues e-invoices as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD, reads incoming e-invoices and files them in their original form. We set up one template each for quotes and invoices. Account mapping according to your tax adviser’s specifications is available as an add-on for €210 net; it is only added if you choose it. For new businesses in Luxembourg, invoicing software, templates and account mapping are not part of the package; we only offer these services to companies based in Germany.

The rules for this are already in your operations manual. At the start, we define with you who gets access to what and what needs to be done when someone joins or leaves. If someone joins during the package, we set up their access for €345 per person, including set-up on their device. If someone joins later, you create the access yourself according to these rules or add a session with us.

No. Domain, licences and contracts are in your company’s name, not ours. After the handover, we stay on for six months: three remote follow-up sessions, at no extra charge. If you’d like a fixed rhythm after that, add “Radio link · Start”: one session per quarter for €95 a month, cancellable monthly. Your structure is built so that you can run it without us.
