You know where you stand in advance.

The packages start at €3,450 to €6,240 net, each bookable on its own. The €3,450 is the starting price of the Start-up Package for new businesses in Germany. There is no “everything” package; each package stands on its own. In the introductory call, we look with you at what’s coming up and what comes first; often that’s Cloud Groundwork, because several packages build on it. For each package you receive a separate quote with scope, fixed price and completion date. You decide step by step. That way, you keep the total for the year under control.

In instalments, and always only once you have signed off a stage. The amounts are stated in your quote: three instalments for E-Invoicing (Germany only) and the AI Workroom, monthly instalments for the In-House IT Contact package. There is no deposit. Only the structure review before Cloud Groundwork is paid in advance: €450, which we credit towards the package as soon as you commission it.

Then the additional requirement is listed in your quote with its own fixed price, for example €345 per additional person in the Start-up Package or €410 for a deputy who is trained alongside in the In-House IT Contact package. If your business is well above the standard case, we see that during the on-site review, and you receive a separate fixed-price quote before you decide. Nothing is added afterwards.

No. Licences are in your company’s name and you take them out directly with the provider, cancellable monthly or annually. We calculate which plan is sufficient for your business and what it costs per month before you decide. Our recommendation is based solely on what suits you. For the set-up, you give us temporary access, only as far as we need it.

Not within 100 kilometres of Trier, and that includes all of Luxembourg, from the Oesling to the Minett; there, all on-site sessions specified in the packages are included in the fixed price. If your business is further away or you’d like more on-site sessions than the fixed price includes, we’re happy to itemise the additional travel costs in the quote before you decide. Alternatively, we can hold the sessions entirely by video call, throughout Luxembourg and Germany.

Because you plan your spending for the year and need a figure that holds. With an hourly rate, you pay more when something takes longer and only notice it on the invoice. With a fixed price, that’s our concern: you know in advance what the package costs and when it will be finished. This works because we review what your business needs before we quote and set out the software and scope in the quote. At the end of any month, with no minimum term. You can also simply reduce the rhythm, from monthly to quarterly or to an annual check. Accounts, operations manual and access stay with you in any case. Needing us less often is the point of Ongoing Support.
