You can reach us by phone, email and form. The introductory call takes 15 to 30 minutes and costs nothing; we reply within two working days with a proposed date.

No. You tell us what’s coming up for you, and in the introductory call we tell you which package gets you there.

Nothing. 15 to 30 minutes by phone or video call, followed by a quote with a fixed price and completion date. Whether it becomes an engagement is for you to decide, in your own time.

Yes, of course, Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm. If you can’t reach us right now or would rather write, use the form or email; we reply within two working days.

Yes. The review and the training sessions take place on site at your business, at no extra charge within 100 kilometres of Trier – which includes all of Luxembourg, from the Oesling to the Minett. If your business is further away or you’d like more on-site sessions than the fixed price includes, we’re happy to itemise the travel costs in the quote. Alternatively, we work entirely by video call, throughout Luxembourg and Germany.

We’ll tell you that in the introductory call. We support at most twelve businesses at a time and keep capacity in reserve so that there is room for follow-up questions and short-notice sessions. If no place is free right now, we tell you the next possible start date so that you can plan.
