Introductory call
15 to 30 minutes. You tell us what you’re planning and what you want to come out of it. We tell you which packages fit your goals.
Fixed-price packages
After a first review, you receive a quote with the scope, a fixed price and a completion date. We stick to it. Your business carries on as normal in the meantime.
Handover
Access, operations manual and emergency sheet belong to your company. We walk one person on your team through every step.
Your own course
Once everything is part of the daily routine, you can switch to one session per quarter. How long we support you is up to you.

Yes. Every package is planned so that work in your business carries on: we schedule sessions around your hours, and the existing way stays open until the new one is in place. We need one person from your team as a point of contact; how much time that takes is stated in the quote.
The five packages start at €3,450 to €6,240 net. The €3,450 is the starting price of the Start-up Package for new businesses in Germany. Based on your request, we first review what is already running in your business and what the project needs. You then receive a written quote with the scope, a fixed price and a completion date; there are no additional charges later. Businesses with up to 50 employees should be able to rely on us and plan their spending. Payment is made in instalments after each stage has been signed off.
Yes. The smallest package, the Start-up Package for new businesses in Germany, costs €3,450 net. We work exclusively with businesses with up to 50 employees and with associations; all our packages are designed for businesses of this size.
We decide that together with you and record it in writing in the data rules: which data may go into the workroom, which stays in-house, who decides. Before implementation, we recommend agreeing the rules with your legal adviser. For data that is particularly sensitive or must not leave the premises under contract, there is the Cloud-Free AI add-on: processing on vetted devices on your premises.
Access, accounts and the filing system are in the association’s name, not a person’s; the operations manual records who has which access and how it is handed over. A change of board then means: transfer the access, update the emergency sheet. We offer non-profit associations one free place per quarter; how to apply is explained on the page for associations.
No. Whatever does its job stays. We work with proven standard software from international vendors and on a docking principle: modules that can be swapped out individually, licences and access in your company’s name. Your tax adviser, your hosting provider and your existing contracts are part of the planning.
Three things remain in-house: access owned by the company, the knowledge in the operations manual and responsibility as a documented role. None of the three depends on us. Once everything is part of the daily routine, you can switch to one session per quarter; you decide when the support ends.
Because we promise you something that couldn’t be kept with more clients: when our clients call, they can speak to the person who also supports them during implementation; questions are answered within two working days. With twelve businesses at a time, we can offer you this quality of service as a client. All our packages have a fixed start date and completion date. That way, new places regularly become available.
