Start-up Package

We configure your accounts and set up your filing system and invoicing, so that you can focus on your business.

Open to companies in Germany up to twelve months after founding; for Luxembourg, we prepare an individual quote.

Starting point

The problem

Your business is up and running. The structure behind it came about on the side, between registration, first customers and everything else that needed doing at the same time. Quite possibly, contracts and access still run via your private email address, passwords are partly in the browser and partly on a note, and files are wherever you last needed them.

That works for a while, but it can’t grow with you: every month adds another storage place, every new tool another login, and at some point you spend longer searching than tidying up would have taken. Then, when someone new joins the team, the private logins have to be laboriously separated and your system has to somehow explain itself.

Our solution

Your time belongs to the business. We build the structure that needs to sit underneath it.

We start with an initial assessment: we present which tools suit your business and calculate what the licences cost per month. Then we configure your accounts with two-factor authentication and set up: email on your own domain, a cloud structure with clear naming conventions, invoicing with templates for quotes and invoices.

At the end, we go through everything with you. We also show you how to add existing data to the new structure yourself and keep things in order with new data.

After that, we stay on for six months: three remote follow-up sessions, at no extra charge, after the first month, the first quarter and the first six months. We check whether everything holds up day to day and make adjustments where things run differently than expected. In the end, you run the structure yourself; that’s what it’s built for.

What you already have – mailboxes, files, access – we migrate to the new structure for you on request, as an add-on.

Open to companies up to twelve months after founding. If you’re still working on your business plan, you get a quote from us that you can include as an item and submit with it.

The facts

What percentage of companies with 10 to 49 employees used authentication with at least two factors in 2024, such as a password plus a one-time code?

In 2024, 40 per cent of small companies used
authentication with at least two factors.

Share of companies with 10 to 49 employees in Germany that used authentication with at least two factors in 2024, such as a password, one-time code, code via token or smartphone, or a biometric method. Collected in the harmonised European survey on ICT usage in enterprises. Extrapolated value from a sample survey. Official statistics publish no reliable figures on this indicator for micro-enterprises with fewer than ten employees.

Finding 02 · Defining storage structures

A storage location alone is not order.

Cloud services are widespread: 51 per cent of companies with 10 to 49 employees used paid cloud services in 2025, 71 per cent of them for data storage. For micro-enterprises with fewer than ten employees, official statistics publish no reliable figures on either cloud use or network access control. Among companies with 10 to 49 employees, the following applies: in 2024, two thirds of companies with 10 to 49 employees controlled which people and devices access the company network.

Counts as order
  • Access by role
  • Rules in writing
  • Recovery tested

Data handled in a regulated, regularly reviewed and demonstrable way, based on Art. 32(1)(b) to (d) and Art. 5(2) GDPR.

Does not count
  • Storage location alone
  • Folders without rules
  • One password for all

A storage location without regulated access. The GDPR requires appropriate measures for personal data and proof of them; it does not prescribe a particular storage location.

Context

What needs to be done in your business depends on your processes: who processes which data, who needs access to what, what happens when someone leaves the team, and how you can prove it if in doubt. We clarify that together with you in the introductory call.

Method and limitationsAbout the figures: the official survey covers companies with ten or more employees on a mandatory basis. Member states report the size class of up to nine employees voluntarily; Germany reported it for 2024 but does not report the sample size for this class separately. There are no official figures on cloud use for companies with fewer than ten employees.

What to expect in our package

PROCESS · SEVEN STEPS

We look at what you already have and what is missing. Then we decide together which tools it will be. We present different options to you and calculate what the licences cost per month. At the end, both are recorded in writing.

We configure your company accounts: email, cloud, team collaboration, invoicing, password manager. Every account gets two-factor authentication.

Your email runs on your own domain. In the cloud, we create a folder structure with clear naming conventions so that files are where you look for them. We define who has access to what and what happens when someone joins or leaves the team, and document it for you so that you can carry on independently.

We set up invoicing software for you, with one template each for quotes and invoices. With it, you issue e-invoices as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD and can read incoming e-invoices and file them in their original form.

We write everything into one document for you: every account, every contract, every setting, what the licences cost, who has access to what. That way your structure exists on paper from the start and not just in your head.

Two on-site sessions. There we go through the finished structure and show you how to add your existing data yourself and keep things in order. If other people work with you, we also offer team training.

Three remote sessions of 60 minutes each over the first six months: after the first month, after the first quarter and after the first six months. At no extra charge.

DOCUMENTS AND FORMATS

One template each in your invoicing software: one for quotes, one for invoices. With it, you issue e-invoices as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD and can read incoming e-invoices and file them in their original form.

We choose the right solutions for cloud storage, filing, password management, invoicing and collaboration together with you. The licences and contracts then run directly through your company. If you have special requirements, let us know; we’re happy to prepare an individual quote for you.

Is this package right for you?

  • For day-to-day work

Everything comes together with you: you write invoices, file documents and look for contracts. After the set-up, everything is in one place and the templates are ready.

  • For the in-house IT contact

You assign access, set up devices and get asked when something is missing. After the training, you run the structure yourself, and the operations manual keeps the record.

  • For owners and managers

You set the course and decide on structures. You want to know what the tools cost per month and that everything is in your name.

Common questions

We choose the right solutions for cloud storage, filing, password management, invoicing and collaboration together with you. Invoicing is only included for new businesses in Germany. The licences and contracts then run directly through your company. If you have special requirements, let us know; we’re happy to prepare an individual quote for you.

Some tools store everything in the EU; with some tools, your data leaves the EU, partly during transmission or also in storage. This often depends on the chosen plans and settings. We discuss with you what applies to your selection and write it into the operations manual.

Yes. The prices on our website are starting prices for the standard case. Based on your request, we first review what is already running in your business and what the project needs. You then receive a written quote with the scope, a fixed price and a completion date. We stick to it; there are no additional charges later. Payment is made in instalments, each after you have signed off a stage. For the Start-up Package, the starting price applies to new businesses in Germany; in Luxembourg, we prepare an individual quote.

You conclude licences and contracts directly with the providers; the costs continue monthly or annually and are not included in the fixed price. We calculate what to expect in the initial assessment. Additional people and devices, a second backup with another provider and account mapping are add-ons. In Luxembourg, the invoicing services are also excluded: invoicing software, templates and account mapping.

No, we currently have no partnerships with software providers, and we don’t create accounts for you with the software providers of your choice. Our service relates purely to support with configuration and operational implementation at your premises (initial assessments, coordination with your team, training sessions and documentation in your operations manual).

In the training sessions, we show you how to add it to the new structure yourself and keep things in order with new data. If you’d like us to take this on, we migrate mailboxes, files and access for you on request, as an add-on.

The package ends with the third follow-up session after six months; after that, you run the structure yourself. If you’d like support with that, you’re welcome to add the “Radio link · Start” add-on: €95 per month, one remote session per quarter, new people and new tools are fitted into your existing rules, the operations manual is kept up to date. Cancellable monthly.

You do; that’s what it’s built for. Everything that has been set up is in the operations manual: every account, every contract, every setting, who has access to what. In two on-site sessions, we go through the finished structure with you. If other people work with you, we also offer team training.

The package is open to companies up to twelve months after founding. If you’re still working on your business plan, you get a quote from us that you can include as an item and submit with it.
