Owners and managers

You run the business and come from a different field. Even so, decisions about software, access and devices end up with you. We prepare them so that you can decide quickly and get back to running your business.

Your business at its strategy meeting.

Starting point

Your situation

Your business is successful and has been established in the market for years. But behind the scenes, the technical infrastructure has grown organically over the years. While you were focusing on your core business, structures were created, partly by you yourself and partly by former employees.

The technology often works, but it keeps causing problems, and the errors end up on your desk. That costs you valuable time, creates uncertainty and slows the momentum in your team.

On top of that, new topics are pushing into your working day: artificial intelligence, automated workflows, cloud systems and modern security standards such as two-factor authentication. To tackle them in an orderly way and keep growing, you need a stable foundation.

IT isn’t your field. You’re looking for someone to review your structures and put them in order for you – ideally while the business keeps running, and including training for your employees. That way you can concentrate fully on your business.

Perhaps you’ve already asked providers and found no suitable packages for businesses of your size, couldn’t see through the process, or feared unpredictable costs and new dependencies. Now, above all, you’re looking for clarity, predictability and real independence.

What we do

This is where we come in. We come straight to your business and analyse your current situation. Instead of vague offers, you get fixed, transparent packages from us. You always know exactly which steps happen in which order and what they cost – at predictable fixed prices with no hidden extra costs.

We take care of the implementation for you: we carry out quality checks, test everything we set up and train your staff. So that your new knowledge stays in the business for the long term, we document it in a clear operations manual.

We remain available after the installation, too. Over several months, we accompany you and your team with regular follow-up sessions to fine-tune your new systems and make course corrections where needed. We work side by side with you and take the technical complexity off your hands.

In short: we are your “Mission Control”. We plan, we build, we steer. You and your team fly, land and then carry on working independently of us.

Common questions

With the introductory call, 15 to 30 minutes. You tell us what’s coming up: filing, access, AI, e-invoicing (Germany only) or all at once. From that comes a recommendation: which package we think makes sense first and why. Often it’s Cloud Groundwork, because a lot else builds on it. You then have the assessment; you decide where to start.

Three things are down to you: the introductory call, one training session for management and the decisions we present to you with their costs and consequences. Set-up, testing and on-site sessions are down to us and the person you name from your team. Your business carries on as normal in the meantime; the existing way stays open until the new one is in place.

The packages start at €3,450 to €6,240 net. The €3,450 is the starting price of the Start-up Package for new businesses in Germany. Based on your request, we first review what is already running in your business and what the project needs. You then receive a written quote with the scope, a fixed price and a completion date; there are no additional charges later. Add-ons are listed individually and are only added if you choose them. Payment is made in instalments, each after you have signed off a stage. Software licences run directly with the vendor in your company’s name and are not included in the price.

No. You make the decision; we prepare it for you so that you can see the impact on your business straight away. We show you the different routes, the costs of each and the consequences for your processes. In the training for management, we give you all the information you need for an overview: Who has access? Where is the operations manual? What do you do in an emergency? Your in-house IT contacts handle the day-to-day technology.

Yes, the responsibilities of your service providers remain unchanged. We use proven standard software from international vendors and set it up so that individual building blocks can be swapped out later. Where it fits, we integrate existing software into the new structures. If we find during planning that software needs to be replaced, for example to avoid duplication or rule out incompatibilities, we point this out proactively in the quote. We integrate your tax adviser, your hosting provider and your existing service providers directly into the planning. Who remains responsible for what is set out precisely in your operations manual afterwards.

Our packages are designed to cushion such cases. All access, accounts and contracts are in your business’s name; what we set up is documented in the operations manual. We describe responsibilities as fixed roles instead of tying them to individual names. That way, new employees can also follow the processes without depending on verbal information. If responsibilities or people change, the access is transferred and the emergency sheet updated. This is a fixed part of our process support.

Yes. We carry out both the review and the training for management on site at your business, at no extra charge within 100 kilometres of Trier – which includes all of Luxembourg. We can hold follow-up sessions flexibly by video call, throughout Luxembourg and Germany, so that they fit well into your working day.

No. Because licences and contracts are in your company’s name, you keep full control. After the handover, we’re there for you with follow-up sessions. After that, we can continue to support you if you wish: monthly or quarterly support can be booked and cancelled monthly at any time.

Discuss your mission

In a short conversation of 15 to 30 minutes, we clarify what’s coming up for you – whether it’s filing, managing access, using AI or introducing e-invoicing. You then receive a concrete recommendation from us: we show you which package we see as the priority, including a fixed price and a clear timeframe. How you start the process is up to you.
